If a girl is making excuses to not be alone with you or to get out of dates... she's just not that into you. It's exactly like how a guy is into you he will make it happen, if a girl is into you she will make it happen! Unless it is absolutely impossible for her to go, take this sign as a bad one. A girl is all about getting the alone time, especially if she is interested in something more with you. She wants the romance, and for it to be special. Making up excuses to get out of dates means she wants you to get the hint she doesn't think of you romantically.
She's Into You:
One of the biggest signs that a girl is into you is PHYSICAL TOUCH. A girl couldn't be more clear about being into you if she's always trying to touch you! I don't care if she's just touching you when she's teasing playfully, she's into you on some level. It could even be very subtle touch such as touching your hand, brushing against you, etc. Body language can say it all. Like they say, "about 80% of what you're sayin, ain't comin out of your mouth". If she wants to be near you, that's a good sign.
A Tip:
1) Don't be afraid to ask a girl out, you're chances are probably better than you think.
2) Just be up front and clear with a girl/woman you're interested in and tell her what you're thinking and feeling. A girl likes a guy who takes charge and if you're up front you don't have to play games.
3) If it doesn't go the way you want at least you find out now, rather than wasting your time with assumptions.
